TechTorch.io uses a variety of methods to ensure that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered members in your organization.

 At TechTorch, we are committed to ensuring the security of all data. We implement industry-standard measures to protect any data we collect, store, or process. All of our employees are held to the highest standards of data security and must comply with all policies and procedures related to data security.

Your data will be completely inaccessible to your competitors, to your customers, and to members of your organization that do not have your permission.

TechTorch.io uses access management tools that are highly secure (ISO27001, SOC 2 Type II, ISO27018,Gold CSA Star) and follow required compliance regulation (GPDR, HIPAA BAA,PCI). Once you enter the application with a supported browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption.

Our main and replica databases are reliable and securely stored in an AWS database service that provides the highest security standards available to the industry today. We backup all data daily in order to keep your data safe and can be recovered if needed.

We only retain data for as long as it is necessary. We regularly review our data retention policies to ensure that we are not storing data for longer than necessary. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted from our systems.

TechTorch.io provides each user in your organization with a unique username and password that must be entered each time a user logs in. TechTorch.io issues a session “cookie” only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session “cookie” does not include either the username or password of the user. TechTorch.io does not use “cookies” to store other confidential user and session information.

TechTorch.io does not review, share, distribute, print, or reference your data except if required by law.
